Very poor service at this location. I have been using various Shoppers pharmacies over the years and have never had problems except with any except this one.

This pharmacist is the worst that my wife and I have ever encountered. They are incompetent and unorganised. They take days to fill online refills, they fail to give us all the meds that should be available. Their lack of communications with doctor's office regarding prescription renewal is ridiculous. This is the worst. Their staff is constantly screwing up. We would caution against people using their service.
Very good staff, quick to help customers with problems or questions. I have been going here for over two years for medication and have never had anything but a good experience!!!
