    The worst Timmies I’ve been to on the island... constantly screwing up drive thru orders, I’d be shocked if they got my order right 25% of the time.

    Just visited there, won't be back! What a discrase! Stood at front counter for 5 mins and watched 7 staff members going about their business and not one of them asked if we'd been looked after. No one was at either of the 2 tills taking customer orders! I counted 7 staff. There looked to be 3 girls at take-out window and the others I'm not sure what if anything they were doing! Anyways, won't be back!

    Rude, snarky clerk who obviously hates her job. Even ruder miserable looking “manager” yells out “muffin and coffee order ready AND ITS BEEN HERE FOR A WHILE”. What??? When I returned the coffee as it was wrong order, short little miserable clerk did not as much as apologize....just plopped downnthe right coffee like it was somehow MY fault.

    Why do they hire ...

    Why do they hire people there that are incompetent? I'm not being picky. I understand what working in customer service is like and the customer isn't always right. But I know people that have worked there after working at other locations and they say they are terrible. They have people that have been 'in training' for like a year. Seriously? Stand at the counter for 15 with no service, with about 6 plus people on staff... They have no idea how to use the double drive thru either.
