I-Tow

The guy who works there (not sure if he’s the owner) was an extremely disrespectful human being. I called them, confused and concerned because my car was towed while I was shopping at one of the stores the parking lot was meant for; and the owner belittled me, accused me of lying and was so rude (I asked him multiple times not to talk down to me or be so rude). I was very upset by this interaction and when I went to pick up my car he was again very rude (said ‘you’re being recorded on video’ as

company towed me even though there was a valid pass in the car. Wouldn't release the car for a week because owner(my family) was away. Lied outright to my face saying they would release it then changed thier mind. lied outright to me!
