Kal Tire

I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!

Excellent customer service whenever I'm in this store. Just purchased new tires and they had them in stock and on my car within the hour ! I highly recommend this Kal Tire location!

Had a great experience Sat. Nov 12th. Took a flat tire in for repair, Sean looked after me very well. He demonstrates excellent customer service. I observed the similar behaviour with other customers while I was waiting for my repair to be done.

I've had many dealings with Kal tire in Kamloops. Never this location though. Dan the manager is rude, uninviting, seems very stuck up & very quick to defend. The rest of the staff seemed good. I would suggest dealing with the downtown location as they are always great.
