I had placed an order via website and received no confirmation (except from paypal). I called a week and a half later and was told they had never received my order. I provided them my order number and he asked my name and said they would send it out. They didn't even send it express after I had asked them to (common courtesy)! So, just about 2 weeks later here I wait. Shop somewhere else if you want your item sooner than later!
