Shoppers Drug Mart

The pharmacists appear to go above and beyond to offer their services. Was there three times and was treated like gold each time and greatly appreciated the extra effort and time that was given to me. Well Done!

Besides a few exceptions. Very judgemental and rude for no reason. I had a bag of popcorn that I wanted to pay for at the pharmacy counter. As I just picked up my script and there was a huge line up at front till. I was late for work already so I asked if I could just pay for the popcorn at this till. No you must go to front of store, was the answer I got. Which I know is bs. Because Ive had other pharmacist offer to ring thru an entire basket of purchases. He wasnt busy what so ever either.

Pharmacy a painful experience. They seem bored and unengaged with customers. I asked to speak with pharmacist when asst couldn't answer my questions then saw them talking with backs to me. Was told she would be with me as she was busy but watched her go over to postal station to have a chat and a good laugh. Was not a good decision to decide to take her time in helping me since I was in great abdominal pain and needed to prep for hospital procedure. Will take all my business and prescriptions to Safeway where they understand their priorities.
