Talk about over charging the customer. Something that should be a courtesy (topping up the DEF) and they charge $10.00 to fill it, and there is no way in hell $27.00 for the DEF fluid itself. Never will I bring my truck back there again, the hourly rate they charge is ridiculous not to mention they said they would have it done by a certain time and it wasn't and I couldn't pick my truck up till the next day. What should have taken a couple hours took all day and I paid their hourly rate for it.

I had previously been satisfied with Prestons quality of service so wondered why it only received 2 1/2 stars Then I took my vehicle which had 35,350 miles on it for servicing and was billed $2282.59 even though the car had never been in an accident, and was serviced by Preston since new. Some of the servicing I had never heard of until I got the bill. So I suggest you watch for servicing that is not required, and be specific that no work is to be done without your prior informed consent.

Poor attitude . No responsibility. Ignore customers feedback of the problem On car. Work on the clock only. Do not attend to customer after individual shift. Leave customer waiting in the lounge for long hours waiting. Will not recommend friends to go there .

It was a good experience purchasing my new 2019 GMC Sierra from Preston GM. The sales person Henry Mieszkalski was exceptional to deal with. He was very willing to listen and to help me negotiate a fair price for my new truck. I was very happy with the price that we settled on and felt that it was a good deal. I would recommend Preston GM and Henry to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have been bringing my car to Preston GM for years now. Its hard to find a place you can trust. I originally chose them because the service advisor I had called about a different car from a different dealership was honest in answering my questions. Whenever I have a question I feel comfortable coming in and asking. They always provide an honest answer. There has been plenty of times when they told me its not an issue and its fine. Its hard to find a mechanic shop like that

Test drove and sat down to negotiate..only to be told vehicle was sold days prior.. It felt like a bait and switch. After airing out our frustrations. The sales associate said to us. That it was a waste of his time also. The due diligence is missing at this location, no accountability for there mistakes and crushing and defeating as a consumer.

My name is Leigh Heppner, GM at Preston. We spoke on the phone but I wanted to be sure to respond as well. The sales associate you dealt with was relatively new to the dealership and I apologize for the way he handled the situation. Nobody wants to spend an hour looking at a vehicle that is already sold. Truck had an issue that took them 2 days to work on ..problem was not addressed so took it elsewhere where it was fixed in 5 seconds...yes, 5 seconds..problem was the computer setting on the main screen had been altered without my knowledge..nothing wrong with the vehicle so Preston worked on it for 2 days without reason

I strongly discourage my family & friends from ever purchasing a car or truck from Preston. I found they are friendly and helpful until they get your money, then you're on your own! My brand new Chevrolet Cruze Turbo Diesel is falling apart and Preston will take no responsibility because I can't prove it is a factory defect. I have met with rudeness and sarcasm in the service department. I wonder why I purchased the extended warranty? They take zero responsibility & offer zero customer service.

If you are planning to buy a used car from this dealership make sure to have a private inspector check the car first. I believe the in-house inspection paper they present is fake and very fishy. I got a used Hyundai Accent from this place about 6 months ago. They showed me inspection papers and I was assured that the brakes were recently replaced and everything else is fine. I was very fool to trust them and didn't take the car for full inspection. I took the car for a regular check up service

Purchasing my Che...

Purchasing my Chevy Equinox was easy and great. However, when it broke down a couple years later, and I had to pay 4000 cash to get it fixed, it broke down less than five weeks later. Trying to reach my service Rep Sera was not easy. She wouldn't even return my calls. The car has been sitting in my garage for almost 5 months now useless and undrivable. Seeing if another deal will take it off my hands now. Never will deal with Preston again.

Great place to buy a car

I bought my Chevy Cruze 2 weeks ago and have been impressed by both the vehicle and the professionalism of the staff at Preston GM. The sales man was knowledgeable but not pushy which is what sent me back to buy after test driving other makes & models. Would recommend you go to Preston's if you are looking for a new vehicle.
