Allterrain Roofing

Allterrain roofers installed new torch on roof, caused cracks in my kitchen ceiling. Denied fault, but a neighbour had complained to the company about the installers being rough on the roof. I agreed to Jonathon's offer of a cosmetic fix. Painter he hired botched the job by using yellow hued paint and has ignored my request for for a repaint of the areas. Allterrain should have replaced kitchen ceiling but I was trying to be reasonable. Sorry I was!

Definitely unexpected this level of care and cleanliness. Jon's crew respect him for good reason. He was there from start to finish and treated his staff like close friends. Joking and smiling, swept my driveway afterwards, you wouldn't know they were there.

When I came home ...

When I came home to an unexpected leak in our roof Jon was able to come and look at the problem within an hour (on a long weekend). Jon clearly explained what the issue was and gave me a rundown of different options to address the leak and what I will need to do in the future to follow up. My ceiling is made out of wood panels and the roof is tar so it was a unique fix. Jon obviously has a very wide range of skills with roofing. While checking things out Jon also pointed out that I have no vents in my ceiling and could be the cause for the "damp" air. By far Jon went above and beyond my expectations and was able to not just fix the leak but educate me in the process saving me tons of money in the long run! I highly recommend Jon and his staff :)
