Kootenay Medical Centre

Dr. Boyd is a wonderful doctor probably one of the best in the area. Her staff on the other hand is horrible, they always are rude to the point of yelling at you they are never willing to help with any situation. I will be changing doctors after a lot of time and consideration on this matter because I simply feel her staff is so bad, some of he worst people I have ever delt with. This staff has brought me to tears in more then one occasion.

Have been cared for by 3 of the doctors at this clinic & have always felt I was receiving the best of care & understanding.

I am taking the time to write this because the clinic has taken the time to see my grandmother last minute on more than one occasion. Dr. Sonnichsen has always gone beyond the clinical, he has shown compassion and understanding in the management of pain in old age.
