Appointment today but No show. No responding to calls or texts. Wasted my time. Ruined my day

Very disappointed. I wish I could submit a review based on my moving experience but I can as Luigi no-showed me two days in a row for a quote. One of the days I took time off of work so he could stop by and he didn’t even call to let me know he was running late. Both days I called him hours before our appointment to remind him and he still didn’t show. Their slogan is ‘movers you can count on’. You have to be kidding me. It should read ‘Movers you can count on not showing up’. Brutal experience

The guys at Homex were the best movers I've ever hired. They showed up early (when does that ever happen!) were ready to work, so proactive with my building navigating the elevators etc and treated my belongings as if they were their own. Once at my new place - they unloaded everything to the right rooms, asked how I liked the furniture set up etc. Really handled everything incredibly well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

These guys were totally great!! They had smiles right through the day lifting really heavy things out of my house and loading them into my new place. They provided enough boxes to fit everything I own comfortably and neatly. They also took good care of wrapping expensive fragile items though out the house. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have an easy peasy move. Gandhi.

Our experience for two movex with HOMEX BC moving

We had two big moves and one storage with HOMEX in 2012 and 2013. It was an outstanding service. The guys are not only professionals, they are also very personable and kind. Great job and complements particularly to Luigi and Anton. So far this year we have had 2 big moves plus they also delivered some furniture we purchased at a store in 2010, Our house is a 3000 sq feet home. Therefore they were big jobs. They treat every item as it is fragile. They are very good in wrapping your furniture handling everything with extra care. They are very patient. Thank you guys at HOMEX.
