Walmart Supercentre Main Store - Grocery

For starters the customer service is heinous and atrocious. had to wait thirty minutes for an employee to unlock the make-up glass cabinet. The store in general smells bad with no care to the bathrooms whatsoever.

I wanted to buy winter tires from Walmart this year and my very first phone interaction was good. They told me that they would order the tires and that they would be in on Tuesday. I called back on Thursday to see if they were ready and the person I was speaking to put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I tried again on Friday and a different person put me on hold for another 30 plus minutes before coming back on and telling me that they were not in yet and she didnt know why.
