Terrible ... never did get to enjoy the space. Double Booked First Day, were advised 4 days before arrival there was nothing they could do, basically it was our problem. We were treated by the manager with disdain for daring to complain much less we were trying to come up with a solution. We were very excited to experience the vacation property, but are left with cancelling the reservation and going elsewhere as losing an entire day of our 3-day trip was not an option.

Proceed with caution renting with these folks. Overall a negative experience, as there was a mix up in booking, then they tried to cancel with us and send us to another cottage on 12 hours notice. They also have poor customer service and trying to get someone to call you back here is impossible. The air-conditioner also started leaking which set of the alarm. We spent an hour trying to talk with the security company. Getting a hold of someone was again impossibly. Beware
