I totally regret my decision of purchasing the furniture from furniture land. We will never get back to that store any more. We wrote a complaint email to them and we never heard it back from anyone. I think they really dont care about customer’s feedback. The whole delivery arrangement is a joke. There is no customer service at all. Please be careful!.

Very good staff in Gary and Ria.Bought all my furniture from the Richmond store at a very reasonable price.Delivery was prompt except for Ashley product which took longer to arrive from California. Delivery guys were super helpful with assembling and setting up in the right places.Definetly sending my friends to this store.
