Took my phone call, told me he'd call me back, then ghosted me. Didn't answer his phone when I called again the next day. A simple "Sorry, I'm really busy and can't help you" would have sufficed. I would have accepted that with no hard feelings.

I gave Ron a phone call and he said he would send someone the next day, it’s been a few weeks and we’re still waiting. Very unreliable!

Ron & his guys run a very busy company but he always made time to address our concerns, even while on another job. Dahl did a major install of gas (from electric) furnace & hot water, as well as a few side jobs that needed a plumbers / gasfitters attention. They were all very courteous, professional, and accommodating of our special requests. Highly recommend these guys if you need a job well done by a great crew.
