Made reservation ...
Made reservation two months in advance.Inquired about cancellation policy due to sons illness,they advised me of policy and both parties agreed and acknowledged I was keeping my reservation. They then cancelled my reservation two hours later. I asked why when we agreed I was keeping reservation, they just said ITS ALREADY DONE and then stopped answering my emails. Terrible customer service, terrible way to treat returning guests. We will never return and I will be sure to let people know why.
