    I am not happy. I found a door tag that said they attempted to deliver a package but no one was home. I have been home all day. I live in a high rise with an enterphone that calls my cell. I received no calls on my cell from the enterphone today, period. I wonder if the delivery person actually tried to use the enterphone?

    This has been the worst delivery service I’ve ever had. They split my parts order that they picked up from the supplier into two and tried to deliver it last week. When know one was home they would not leave the package but left a notice on my door that they would try the next day but would not leave it unless it was signed for. We did get it the next day as we were home for the day but after checking the package I found only half of what I had ordered. Now I’m at home waiting for part 2.

    Leaving random fail attempts on their online tracking system when the parcel is still at their warehouse....and then they tried to deliver the parcel at 8am on another random day...without hitting the door bell and said I wasn't home. First of all, who would be expecting a parcel at 8am? I called back and said they start delivering at 7am and said he's afraid to ring the bell because it's too early....someone please tell me the logic of this... What kind of service is this? SIMPLY ABSURD!

    I don't know how CANPAR operates, one thing I know, CANPAR doesn't actually deliver packages, not even trying. I can't find any tracking info using the tracking code after I received the notice of delivery on my apartment door, therefore I don't know what happened. I called them, opting for a callback service, since I can't hold for hours, they don't, actually never call back, and after 4-5 day's waiting, I finally called again to get hold of them, I was told my parcel was returned to sender.

    Horrible customer service undelivered package says I’ll have to go get it doesn’t say where doesn’t leave an address I’ve waited 45 minutes on the phone decided to try and do it online with the chat waited 20 minutes with no answer I’ve tried phoning the Langley phone number and it just cuts you off doesn’t put you through to anyone
