15 hours ago New The most horrible experience of my life dealing with this company. i had booked a package with them for a family trip. i didnt know at the time of the booking but apparently there was a glitch and it quoted a cheaper pricing. Simran from Gaba had told me she would get back to me after looking into but i waited all day. she reached out to me at 4:30 telling me that the price cant be accommodated by them and West Jet.

We had a great experience working with Gaba travels. They were easy to interact with and made arranging our travel plans a lot easier. Nitin was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our booking process.

Staffs and manager have low level attitude. Never go.

Very worst customer service. I had bought round ticket for my parents. I extended their visa and got to cancel their return tickets. I went gaba surrey office, one CSP replied its not a refundable. Then I left and called flight company. Company said tickets were refundable but had to contact travel agent. I again went but they said differently. In fourth attempt, manager tricked me that I had to pay a lot of cancellation fees. Buy ticket online directly from airlines not from third party.

I booked a lufthansa ticket to india from here & due to some reason after sum days i called this agency & asked about cancelation fees, they said its $350 for lufthansa. So on same day when i went there his head (guy) i dont knw his name, he said we charge $450 for cancelation, but i ask him that i called before i came here, that time U said its $350, he reject's & said if u want cancel or not, give me yes or no, i dont more time, very bad customer experince, So basically they charged $450 instead of $350.. than when i call lufthansa vancouver they said they charge only $300 for cancelation of ticket. When i said i booked from this agency& they are charging more from me, they said they can't do anything becoz i booked from agency. So what i mean to say that when u go to book travel ticket, ask everything from their, otherwise u will looted from these kind of agencies. Ask them right way about cancelation fees & extension fees, becoz they will not give u any informtion about that on the time of booking tickets. So if u can as possible book direct from airline companies instead of these kind of agencies. Becoz airline companies charge you original rate's,not like this agencies what ever they want.
