Absolutely the worst pedicure and customer service I’ve ever had. My feet on both have cuts n scrapes from the grater she used. Nail tech was rude n inattentive to my requests. No greeting, no hello nothing! 4 x I had to say excuse me for her attention. She didn’t acknowledge me at all. A gf was with me and was appalled. I called to speak to owner and did not receive a call back. My feet burned like a sting form a jelly fish. Never again!

They have messed up my eyebrows many times and this last I went my left eyebrow was waxed way too short and they were uneven and looked awful definitely won’t be going back

Called ahead and made an appointment with my 7 year old daughter. Waited 40 min while they sat other people ahead of us. After close to 45 min. we finally get sat down and are told my daughter would have to sit on my lap to get hers done and then go somewhere else away from me to dry. Then we are told there’s no one even able to do ours still and will have to wait even longer. We then chose to just leave. Horrible customer service and will not be returning or recommending.

Great customer service and really nice pedicure. Foot massage was so relaxing, would recommend.

They have great customer service. If you arent pleased with something you can always change it. Never had a bad visit with them there always the sweetest and the best at what they do.

I came all the way from Vancouver because my friend suggested this place and the person who was supposed to do my eyelashes did not showed up to work that day. I was so mad... All they can offer me is to book me in for another time! Worst place ever Obviously they don't know how to do customer service

AWFUL

I waited for 40 mins before getting what I needed done. I did make an appt but they made me wait 40 mins... they didn't apologize and were so rude when I asked how much longer... they ask you in the room if you want to pay cash in there so there is no tax. They were rude, and didn't do my lashes how I wanted them. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go back.
