Staff very knowledgeable,always willing to assist either with selections of yarn or problems with projects worked on.Very good selection of various yarns.One staff member even went way beyond her duties,when I run out of yarn towards very end of my project.SHE had exactly same yarn left from her previous project and she shared it with me.SHE SAVED a lot of my time and work.I will always be grateful to her for her actions.
