Cruise Connections

The agent refused to give me the fare & amenities for the inside cabin on two back-to-back Oceania cruises that I wanted to book, saying that she could only give me that information if I booked a balcony cabin (all inside cabins are waitlisted). In their online publicity, Cruise Connections does give fares for the least pricey inside cabin, for each leg of the back-to-back cruises, and states that they will offer pre-paid gratuities and shipboard credit or tours. False advertising & no service.

Booked a trip to Mexico. After we paid and booked they charged our credit card a second time 2 months later. This caused our Credit Card company to flag both as fraudulent causing a hold on our card and cancelling the trip. I had to rebook everything. Ready to leave for our trip and they sent us the wrong itinerary with the wrong flight numbers and flight times. it was only lucky we left early that we made our flight. Customer service during the time was poor and I would not recommend them. They provided no compensation and often did not response to emails.
