"Local, organic, and sustainable," declares the Greens Organic + Natural Market website, "And that's just our staff!" Started by Tee Senthiver in 2010, the market, on Vancouver’s West Broadway, is an oasis of country freshness in the city. "We source our produce locally whenever possible," says Tee. "We want our customers to enjoy good quality, fresh, organic food at a reasonable price."
In addition to the produce, Greens Organic + Natural Market offers freshly baked goods, health products, seafood, and meat from their butcher store, the Nose to Tail. "We use every part of every animal," says Tee. "We grind our own ground beef, make our own sausages, and all our meat comes from local, sustainable and ethical sources."
