When we first were discovering the area of...

When we first were discovering the area of Hasting-Sunrise the Roundel was one of the places that we were attracted to. I had a couple of bad experiences there with slow service and never getting my order right, but, we had just moved to the area and wanted to give it another shot. We went on Saturday and have never had such rude service in my life, from walking away from us when we said we were ready to order to telling us that we better eat our toast as they are throwing too much away. There was no hint of sarcasm in her voice, she had it out for us I will gladly go up the street to the other breakfast places, and although they don't have a funky coat of paint, they won't be downright rude and treat their customers like people.

This cozy little family-run restaurant has...

This cozy little family-run restaurant has amazing food! Great Vegetarian selection and wonderful service. I ordered the Spicy Tofu Burger for lunch and it was delicious. The baked fries are a must! The coffee is wonderful, and later on discovered it was from J.J Bean. The staff are funky and personably and quick too! I will definitely be back. The menu also has items for gluten/wheat allergies.
