Flowers delivered late and smaller than expected.

For almost 50$ I expected an on-time delivery and a larger bouquet. The message I had written (in the online form) was a messy scribble (they could have printed it out in a nice font). Unless you absolutely have no time, I recommend you go to the florist yourself, as you'll save yourself the rather high cost of delivery and the small glass vase. The only good thing I can say is that the flowers were fresh and true to the colours I had chosen.
