H&R Block

Two years ago the preparer overcharged me for the preparation fee and I had to fill out paperwork to get it corrected. Last year the preparer made a typo, would have cost me $500 extra if I hadn't checked. This year I did my taxes with software by H&R Block, and they tell me I shouldn't use it as it isn't good. Get a email - they have opened my file and are preparing my returns WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! When I told them I am not using them this year, say I have to pay since they already started.
