went in to shop for lamps. horrible selection None of them were plugged in or able to be turned on so as to check the light requirements. Salesman was like its over there, points the aisle and just goes back to chatting to 3 other employees behind the till. Get to the area, see that the stock is in complete dissaray, walk the hell out of there never to return.WHY ARE THERE 4 PEOPLE BEHIND THE CASH DESK JUST CHATTING WHEN YOUR STORE IS IN DISSARAY AND CUSTOMERS NEED SERVICE? 2 of them managers

Never again!!! Salesman sent me home to order an item online that they normally stock. When the website wouldn’t let me order the item online, I spoke with the Manager and he told me I had to order it at the store. After finally getting the order placed, they told me it would arrive the next afternoon. 2 days later I still don’t have it. The Manager promised to have it delivered as soon as it did arrive - nope! And they don’t answer their phones! Never again???

0 zero stars if i could. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find online. First google search took me downtown to a non existant store. Finally found my way to this location only to have them lock up as i drive in the lot....TEN MINUTES EARLY!!!!! And that is ten minutes early not only by my phone, but also my tom tom which is pretty accurate, as its sattelite time. Not very impressed.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.
