I took a glass shelf in to have it reproduced. It took them about 3 weeks to get back to me with a quote. They wanted 1/2 down-payment which was no problem, but I wasn't near my credit card at the time. When I called back I was informed that they threw my glass away as I didn't get back to them soon enough. I have dealt with this company for years, and my next-to-last experience was also less than satisfactory. I think this boils down to the woman at the front desk. I feel sorry for the owner.

Should have gone to Boyd. Picked up my vehicle to discover a high gloss film all over the steering wheel, appearing to be a glue like substance. Instead of addressing the concern, they pulled out a service rep to confront me and say it was like that when it arrived. Only when I explained it was delivered directly from BMW service, who would verify, did they make an effort to resolve. Avoid!

Arrogant and ignorant staff. Unwelcoming and not helpful
