Swiss Chalet is usually dependable. They cant take their eye off the ball though. Todays lunch was only luke warm - frys that are served like that are a turn off.
I recently visited your branch twice, and have to say your French fries are the worst I have ever eaten. They seem to have been either reheated or overcooked. Suggest that you either change the fries or the cook.
Also white chicken that I did not order, was very dry.
