    Doug from Dougs Plumbing Heating & AC, Altona, MB, R0G0B3. When doing jobs in my home removed my beautiful, leaking cherished, pedestal brass faucet. He removed the faucet from my home because he wasn't told not to, this is his,"standard procedure". In his own written admission, he "provided me a service" by giving my brass faucet to his scrap collector. For which he received no money. I am waiting for a detailed receipt for the $1,500 he was paid in cash. Decide for yourself. I give -0*.
