my fridge died, cant get parts , ordered new fridge , can't get that either ...but they gladly accept your money. I've been without a full size fridge from October 2020 to now which is May 21, 2021 and they tell me for the 3rd time my fridge is now coming mid July 2021...but its too late my house is sold so now im out all this money and have to buy a 3rd fridge for new home owners as promised. DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION. NOT BBB ACCREDITED and now I see why.

We bought a new couch and love seat. The filling is all lumpy bumpy. Very disappointed.

6 months and still not satisfied. Delivery weeks longer than expected. Rush to assemble table causing damage. Replacement part ordered incorrectly despite being corrected TWICE! Not even an apology. Promised a gift card for hassle. No record of that. Will not do business with Dufresne ever again! Fingers crossed we are done dealing with them in month 7.
