Charleswood Towing Service

I phoned Charleswood Towing on a Sunday to see if they would come to my house on Monday to obtain a new battery and replace the old one. Mike agreed to it. They showed up Monday morning, removed the old battery and went and purchased a new one. They returned and put in the new battery. The two guys were friendly and very efficient. They charged a really good price as well. I would absolutely use Charleswood Towing in the future.

Mike was friendly, able to tow my dead vehicle within 1 hour, and even arrived early. Had to call him back, he answered the phone quickly both times. Price was within expectations.

Mike was very friendly and placed vehicle exactly where I wanted on my driveway. Was right on time and very polite and professional. I will use again if ever needed

I called for a tow, 3 minutes before truck arrived my car started. Driver tried to charge me $50 for the call, I said thats too much and offered $20. Driver gave me shit for not cancelling, and that he had to drive past another customer to get to me. I told him I was trying to be fair and give him something for no actual work. I also told him I could walk away and pay nothing since my car was now running. He asked for cash which I didnt have and ran my credit card for $25. Very unprofessional!!

Great service. Mike came from the other side of town for me during traffic. Mike handled my vehicle with care and is easy to talk to. Would recommend Charleswood towing to anyone. Thanks again Mike!
