Classic Trailer Sales

Bought a brand new trailer this past spring and have basically told me to go elsewhere for service. Repaired items.s but did not go to the manufacturer about said items. So when not fixed properly you cant complain to the manufacturer since they have no info o. Any repairs. Very shady. They dont treat customers with respect. I wasted at least 7 to 9 trips picking up the trailer for repairs even thou they werent fixed. Check out my major plumbing leaks on my 1st trip

Purchased a new travel trailer and after a trip dropped it off in Oct 2017 to replace a rear window under a warranty claim. Was told by service that it would take up to 4 weeks to get window from US. Called a few weeks later and was told US manufacturer wanted pictures before claim approved. Was told by Winnipeg staff that this was routine and I could leave unit with Classic Trailers over the winter. In May of the following year I called and asked if we could pick up trailer.

Great staff everyone was very helpful. And their pricing was very competitive!

We have gone to Classic for years for parts and advise. We have always liked them there. They are helpful and pleasant, always willing to give advise. We recently bought a new fifth wheel there.
