Honest management. Was originally told work was covered under warranty but had to pay for the inspection once they found out it wasn’t covered. Brought it to the attention of the Manager and was reimbursed without even having to ask.

I have had a super time settling with a great deal from all the salespeople,both the owners parts staff and the excellent response from service ladies and mechanics . This may sound to good to believe but I stand behind everything stated here. North Land Ford sits at the top.
