Brow waxing is hit or miss depending on who you get. Most try to shave or pluck to fix the incompetent wax job. Always talking in another language , stressful vibe. Used to be better but now rushed, rude and lazy service.

Lisa is nice but a couple of her employees are so rude!! I always requested Lisa because those 2 employee did a horrible job, on top of that, non stop chattering which is also very rude because you know they are talking about their customers who are the very reason they even have an income at all!! The last straw for me was those women charged me a tip when her prices are clearly seen after said horrible service. Rude! We now go to another hair stylist who is way more better and more respectful.

I have been going to this place since I was 14. I stopped going there last year after 2 consecutive bad experiences. I am now 26 with a family of my own. I took my son there on Saturday, waited 50 mins for service. Once my son was next, one of the staff look at my son and said something in her language and was denied service. I was pulled to the side, and told to go wash his hair before they can cut it. They said he had lice, went home to checked his hair, did not see lice, nits or eggs.

I regret cutting my hair at this salon. One of the staff does not care about her costumer that’s why she made me wait for 5 min so they can finish their hair instead of focusing on their costumer. Cut my hair in less than 10 min because she was rushing and brushing my hair so hard like I was about to be bald. The results did not look like what I had expected. Now my hair hasn’t been growing for a year already.
