Maybe the worst customer service in Canada and they know it. You will never see them send you a customer service questionnaire asking... how did we do... either by phone or internet. They know how bad they are.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a much better experience here than I had at Telus.

connection drops out or is at a snails pace for the last 2 weeks ...avoid
