Singleton's Hair Care

Hair dresser was grumpy and didnt smile or speak to me the whole time. Shaved the back and sides (male cut) but left top way too long. It seemed the whole time that she really could care less. Didnt even bother to feign interest. I felt rushed. She asked me if I wanted a hair wash but I could tell she was hoping I would say no- which I did. When it was time to pay her charge was higher than anyone before because she was a- quote- senior stylist. Not going back.

Started going to this branch of Singletons 8 months ago. Had just gotten used to a stylst, when she left. They are also not able to stick to their appointment times. I have had to wait up to 20 minutes with an appointment. My last visit I was there early.They turned me away and asked me to come back at my appointed time. The salon was empty with two hairstylsts there!I was charged $33 for just a haircut - no shampoo. I will not be going back to this Singletons or any Singletons for that matter

Unable to honour appointments

After going there for many years I gave up on them because they were unreliable... unable to keep an appointment. I always make an appointment and on one occasion I waited 30 minutes before walking out, never to return.
