I didnt want to give any stars, but required for review. I lost $4500 from a botched floor sanding and urethaning job (instead of sanding to the wood they roughed it up and put 4 coats of urethane over the damaged floors. Made a date a year later to redo the floors. Didnt show. When I contacted him he made excuses about weather. Weather was perfect for urethaning. Finally admitted he wasnt going to come.
