Leased a brand new Ford 150 in August 2020....the A/C broke two weeks later....after a couple trips back and forth to Wood Motors to attempt to fix it...Im told the evaporator is cooked...its the middle of OCTOBER...still no fix for my A/C...guess Im lucky its the fall weather and not JULY...Ive made a complaint to Ford Canada ....that was a waste of time! Last update my evaporator is in order...can you imagine if the repair was something that stopped me from driving my New truck..

I got a little bit of warranty work done recently, no problem, first rate service. I’m not one for reviews, but I’ve been getting service from Wood Motors since the 70’s and never once have had any concerns about their performance.

I find it totally unacceptable that you (Wood Motor's) took over 2 years to re-emburse me for a recall that I paid for on my vehicle....and you only became aware of the recall when I brought it to your attention...
