Sameday Right-O-Way Administration

Same experience as everyone else here. Item was shipped from Montreal on April 6th, arrived in Dartmouth on the 8th, and its now 8 days later, and no delivery or contact from anyone. The head office just says the same thing over and over, that someone will contact me, but they never do. Sameday? More like Someday.

My deep freeze was to be delivered on a Friday. it didnt show up, and the tracking gave no reason for this, or a revised delivery date. I called customer service and they could not tell me ANYTHING, not where it was, why it was sitting just 40 minutes from where I live at the Dartmouth depot, or when it would be delivered. They simply evaded my questions and said someone would get back to me. No one has so I contacted the store I bought this from & even they found them evasive! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Terrible company with a horrible customer service. I ordered something from Walmart and they shipped it to this company and now my shipment is just sitting at the Dartmouth facility for over a week now. Customer service does absolutely nothing about this and repeat the same response every time.

Ikea sent me an email saying my order would be delivered on Friday, July 5th with a 12 hour window 9-9. They also informed me that the delivery company - Same Day- would contact me on Thursday with a shorter 4 hour window. Thursday came and went, Friday - all 11 hours of the window came and went. When I phoned the company on the 11th hour I was told they still had an hour to go and it would be delivered. It is now Tuesday July 10, never received a call from them. No kitchen.

A shipment for me was received at “Sameday” in Dartmouth on August 29, 2018. It was to be taken to Halifax. It is September 7th. 2018 and the shipment IS STILL SITTING AT “Sameday” in Dartmouth...without any explanation of why it has not been delivered to the Halifax destination. How can they possibly use the name “Sameday” when their delivery does not even occur in the same week..OR EVEN THE FOLLOWING WEEK? Unbelievable and extremely frustrating.

They do not answer the phone or return voicemails. Left a message for me trying to arrange a drop off time. Tried calling and leaving messages and no response.

They have had a shipment scanned into their warehouse in Dartmouth for a week. Cant get answers on why it hasnt been delivered and when I stopped in, they couldnt find it. Their phone reps just play lip service, and escalating it gets no results. They say they will call you back, but they dont. Terrible service!
