Dean's Flowers

Very disappointed that they did not add the plant to my order as I had requested. Once I called they did offer to add but charge me for the plant and no delivery fee but I wanted the gift to go out together. It's my opinion that they should bring the plant out to the hospital to my girlfriend free of charge with an apology. Instead the lady just blamed it on us talking too much and said basically "well sorry" The item I wanted to send my girlfriend they did not have but it was on their website.
