Very busy practice BUT if you have a need attn right away they always can fit you in the same day. BOOKING ONLINE now set up and fully working. I dont know which drs. the patients are referring to as rude ... never, ever have I found this to be the case. Overworked YES. No time for small talk YES. And yes the waiting rooms are busy/cramped YOU are LUCKY to have a family physician 300,000 Maritimers dont.

Calling for an appointment is a nightmare. Waiting room is disgusting and staff are overwhelmed. It would help if appointments could be made online.

Had consultation appointment for May but in the meantime needed prescription renewed. Was informed to call or drop on during regular hours to make appointment to see on duty after hours staff. front desks had no idea what I was talking about and told me to go to walk in clinic, but could not even tell me where one was. Rude and unprofessional. Will be calling tonight to cancel as my wife's doctor has agreed to take me on

I waited on the phone for 33 minutes; I was #12 in the queue. The receptionist answered the call and asked me if she could place me on hold I said sure. (whats a few more minutes after 33?) She then hung up on me. I called back and I am currently 9th in queue. Great morning.

I agree with Will - secretaries are rude and dismissive. Good thing the docs are so good.

I believe that some of the Secretaries need to be a bit more professional and lose the attitude and not be as ignorant to the patients.
