    Poor communication

    Booked an appointment for a spray in liner for a morning job. Made it perfectly clear need the truck back for the afternoon. Called late afternoon to be told the truck would not be ready unitll the next day. NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THIS VERY POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION.
