My experience at this salon is beyond amazing! They have such a welcoming environment, and from what I've seen they take the care in knowing their customers- which is really important.The staff there are super friendly and all great at what they do! I've been to basically every nail place in Ajax because I'm super picky - and they have beyond exceeded my expectations. It's just a fun place to be. Keep up the good work ladies!
I always go back to this place because they do an incredible job on my nails. I always get the biogel and if you want to do some cool designs on your nails they do an excellent job. Never have I been disappointed with the service here, and all the ladies are so nice.
MY TOE WAS CUT AND BLEEDING // NAIL POLISH EXPIRED
Absolutely terrible service, after barely cleaning my nails on my hands and feet // they proceeded to use EXPIRED nail polish on me // the application was uneven and didn't even reach my cuticles // they also CUT my toes refusing to acknowledge it bleeding I eventually asked them to stop mid service and provide me with a band aid: they proceeded to try and charge me $35 for butchering my feet.
Highly recommend this salon. They always fit me in and never rush through my appointment. They always do an excellent job! This salon is clean, modern and always friendly. I look forward to my appointment - this salon feels more like enjoying an hour with a girlfriend than just sitting in a chair and getting my nails done. Go check it out!
The ladies at Angel Nails are really friendly and professional. I get shellac on my nails because it is the only thing that really works for me, but not everyone can do it right. They did and excellent job! And very reasonably priced too. I live in Toronto but I will be back!
I have been to a few nail salons in Ajax. This one is by far the best! Mani pedi lasted 2 full weeks, salon was clean relaxing, and the staff were all nice.
First time here. Got the bio gel nails. The lady who did them wasn't talkative, didn't really answer my questions.
The files were being reused and the metal dremel tip they use was still dusty from the previous client.
The nails looked fine until I got outside in the daylight. You can see air pockets where the gel didn't bond with the white tip. Dirt is able to get between the layers. As well I got these done on Wednesday and Friday one had already ripped. These are short as I got them for an interview for a position that involves typing. I went back and she did fix it no charge but considering the tip I gave her 2 days before I would hope so. Will I go back ? No. Unsanitary practices and shoddy work.
I have been going to Angel Nails for about 5 years and they do an exceptional job. I never have a broken nail, I get compliments on my nails all the time and the staff all are courteous and wonderful people. I had been to other salons in the past but they can't compare to the service and product I get here. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They alway do the most beautiful designs on my nails, they take their time and my nails are absolutely beautiful all the time. They always make you feel welcome, walk-in's are always welcome...

Angel Nails in Ajax
the experience i had from this store amazed me, they had provided my daughter and i with excellent services. They gave me the extra boost i needed on a bad day. I would strongly recommend it when looking for a good nail day.
I had gotten a manicure and pedicure with shellac. They did a nice job ! The colour selection was awesome. The place is beautiful and spacious which is good, because some nail spots are too small. This nail shop is very clean, and when you are hungry, you can get pizza which is right next door.
You would imagine such a posh, relaxing and modern atmosphere in the expensive neighbourhoods of Ajax.
The friendly customer service oriented staff add to the atmosphere of the spa itself.
The spa includes manicures, pedicures, waxing and massage .. all in seperate areas which facilitate a social atmosphere.
It was amazing to see the staff take care to clean stations and tools and informative to how spas should be sanitized universally.
Love the services! Love the staff! Love the quality of product for my consumer dollar!
First noticed that their nail tools were never sanitized from one client to another.
Second, lady cut my finger which then started to bleed, and also cut her own hand and was bleeding. She refused to wash the blood off her hand and attempted to continue to do my nails, with her blood possibly getting into my cut. It took me 30 minutes of complaining to get her to stop and get someone else because she would not wash her hands.
Then I was not given a discount or even a sorry in any way or forum.
Went here for their classic mani-pedi combo. The place is nice and quiet, very clean compared to some of the nail places in downtown. My manicurist was very professional and got the job done well. I enjoyed the foot bath followed by a hot towel.... I would definitely go back again.
