Took five days for them to inform us that the item we ordered online was out of stock. No mention of fulfilling our order when more stock arrived. We suspect it was because they did not wish to honour their "save the tax " sale
Completely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service from babyrama. 3 weeks outside of when my crib was to be delivered. I've had a baby and babyrama has received payment in full well over 5 week ago but still no crib. How's that for customer service? No updates unless I call the store and each time I need to explain my situation again. Totally frustrated and completely disappointed.
Order a changing bag online, following nearly a months called in inquire status. Store response: "we will not order the item until our minimum quota for these items is fulfilled and at this stage we do not know when that will be" My frustration is, why in the world would you advertise and market a product and a lead time that you cannot fulfill, or in other words will not fulfill due to minimum order or shipping.
