I am happy with my purchase. The customer service was so accommodating to my request. The delivery of my sofa was on time, Floyd and Nathan were very helpful and they were careful in handling my sofa.

If it were not for the delivery team of Floyd and Nathan our rating would have been lower. We are repeat customers and have know Sklar Peppler Ajax store for its quality of care and customer support. This time around we question the Mississippi factory. Our new sofa arrived with lose staples on the under lining and a dark scuff mark on the end that was under the factory protective wrapping. Floyd and Nathan jumped on the issues fixing the lining and carefully removed the scuff mark. Well done!

We bought a 3 piece sectional sofa at Sklar Peppler after visiting numerous other outlets, believing the quality and service would reflect the cost difference versus the other furniture outlets. We were wrong. We bought the sofa in February of 2021, and were assured that delivery would be between 12 and 16 weeks MAX. Our electric recliner broke a year ago and after 3 trips to our home it’s still not fixed. Every time the mechanic has come, some other part is missing. This is supposed to be top of the line furniture.

The worst customer service experience I've encountered. We ordered a couch, expecting 8-10 weeks delivery, as per their claim. After 10 weeks I decided to call to inquire about the progress. The person I spoke with said the manufacturer never received the fabric and so manufacturing had not even begun. NO APOLOGY was made. I decided to cancel my order but was guaranteed it would be delivered after another 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I call several times and it's not ready. No apology. Never again.

I found a perfect recliner for myself at Sklar Peppler. The price was just in my budget and the chair was comfortable. The delivery guys delivered it to my apartment and were courteous. Thank you for the excellent services.
