The staff are very friendly and competent. My complaint is with the bank and their fee structure. We are in the middle of a pandemic and people are hurting and the bank feels after making $2B it’s a great time to take advantage of seniors and raise all their fees. My safety deposit went from $70 to $90 that’s a 20% increase, I don’t know anyone that received a 20% increase in their pension or wages. I’m disgusted that the bank would do such a thing at a time like this. Profits, profits, profits!
