You think you get a wonderful job done at Chase when you walk out but months later the paint starts to chip. Did a panel on my car and it's in awful shape.. Would never go back! Also smoke in their building which is against bylaws.

I have been dealing with Chase Auto Body for the past 2 yrs ! They as far as i'm concerned are the best shop in Barrie ! They do what they say, they have a warranty like no other and their prices are outstanding. Mark and Carrie are super friendly and treat you more like family rather than like just a customer. Carrie , emails or phones as to the status of my vehicle. I am never left just guessing. I own a very large company here in Barrie and will never go anywhere else to have our fleet cars repaired. Chase auto is small but they are def. the best around . I have been to other shops and I have never been as satisfied as I am with Chase Auto ! You guys provide excellent service, pricing, and I wish you the most success in this industry.
