worst customer service. Cant get any information correct. Don’t do their jobs. Take personal offence to questions pertaining to relevant and serious matters. This branch also had attempted to overcharge me by a value greater than that of $1000 CAD. It hadn’t worked in their favour.

Had a new 2018 Ford Flex from these guys and at pick up it was dirty and windows were nasty and this vechical has some problems. The car or SUV wasn’t washed outside or cleaned inside. Still had long hairs in it looks like from a dog. I used a Lysol wet wipe to clean all the areas I had to touch and let me tell you it was disgusting. They want to do better have more people in there to clean vehicles a lot better.

Don't waste your time renting from this location! I have experienced 3 separate visits where the staff are incompompitant and lack proper customer service skills. Not only will they try and ding you for anything but they try and charge you extra fees if you are not careful. They are also unclear when you reserve SPECIFFICALLY for a winter tire vehicle a week in advance... Learn to train your staff better and you may keep good business.
