This company took $1100.00 from me for a license then closed a week later on May 5th 2022. Ironically this site is still being used and they still answer the same phone number and I hear Northern Protocol adds on the Radio. Sounds like they are still in business, however they claim they are a different company with the same staff, web site and phone numbers. They claim they cant refund the money because they didnt buy the business???

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else. Want the best????... Go to Northern.

Best pc repair in barrie

Excellent staff amazing fast service. I had a faulty graphics card and with little to no experience in graphic cards i turned to them. They are extremly friendly, helpful, and know everything i needed to find out about my PC. Not only did they figure out what was wrong but i was also able to buy the one of the best graphic cards on the market thru them and they installed it super fast for me. Their prices are cheap for the quailty of service you get from them.I will always bring my PC back there

I just bought a Eurocom laptop from Northern Protocol. Aaron took the time to listen to my requirements/budget and was able to suggest different manufacturer models and configurations that would be suitable for a high school student's needs (and wants) prior to the actual purchase. We went in to the Barrie location, saw a display model that met her requirements and took it home right then and there. Excellent prices and helpful staff. Will definitely be going there for all our service needs.

Having dealt with Northern Protocol for several years it was the only place I would take my computers for service. Recently I had my PC tuned up and new software installed.Yesterday I encountered a nasty password problem that Aaron was able to rectify for me. At work our internet was not working, after some other computer guys came in and made our entire computer program crash Northern Protocol came in right away and fixed everything within an hour. Such great fast friendly service. We will use you guys everytime!

I was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly Northern Protocol was able to provide me with a new computer. It was set up virtually the same as my old dead computer. My wife also bought a computer from this company a few years ago and she too was favourably impressed by the service this company provides.

Awesome service! I wasn't expecting a return call until the next day as I called later in the afternoon. I was surprised to receive a call within 15 minutes and even happier that my problem was able to be resolved via remote access.

Can't Get Any Better

I just picked up my laptop from Northern Protocol and as always Aaron and his team did a GREAT job. Having 3 laptops in the family I do see Aaron more than I would like too (at his work anyway) but I know that when I do have to go and see him I get the best possible service there is. I will never go anywhere else! Aaron has a very well organized, trained, and helpful staff that I would be an idiot to go anywhere else. His prices are super as well and I recommend everyone I know to go see him !!
