Awning Master

After 16 years of use we chose to replace the canvas part of our awning and were pleased to have Stan as our contact again. It was great to hear that there wasn’t any problems with the original hardware and look forward to another 16 years of enjoying our deck!

The response to our request for a quotation was very quick. The site visit was extremely informative and helped us select the right options or the awning. The manufacturing was on schedule and the installation was done quickly and without surprises. Steve explained how to operate and care for the awning. We have expanded our outdoor enjoyment and are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the service we received.

We looked into Awning Master and chose them to do the work. The quality of the product is good. The service is non existent. October of 2019 we heard a crack. The first bracket had broken off the end of the header. We called for service and sent a picture. No response. We left things till spring. April, another call another photo. This time a response. “Steve will call and look after it”...Steve called. No arrival. Steve promised to come on a Friday..nope..August 14 2020 no Steve.

The expert staff at Awning Master are experienced, knowledgeable & pleasantly friendly. We have many products from Awning Master in our outdoor living area, including our newest addition, a wicker patio set! We bought our first Awning over 16 years ago & it's still working amazingly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! The same staff I dealt with 16 years ago is the same staff I deal with today! This says a lot about the company. They truly do have a commitment to their customers.
