Brampton Endoscopy Centre

I was able to get sn appointment for a test rather quickly. I the day if the test I was called and asked if I could come in an hour early because they were ahead of schedule. I showed up early only to have to wait over an hour in the lobby for over an hour because they actually weren't ahead of schedule. Used the washroom in the prep area only to find blood on and under the seat. They also didn't have running water in the sink of the washroom. Was given a date and a time of 11:30am to 1:30

This the worst place to come. They are horrible at scheduling they sent me a confirmation of my appointment upon arrival they advised me I missed my appointment I showed the confirmation email and they made me wait 2 hours to have my procedure done. They overbook and there is no room for everyone to sit.

One of the assist...

One of the assistants here was completely rude and disrespectful when I inquired about if everything was okay after waiting for over two hours for the person I was accompanying. She spoke to me with so much attitude that the other patients got upset and expressed their disgust to me about her demeanour. I have been to many endoscopy clinics with my parents and have never waited this long or been treated so rudely after simply expressing concern.
